These terms govern your use of e-sim.net, an independent reseller of prepaid travel eSIM data. By buying or using an eSIM from us, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
e-sim.net sells prepaid mobile-data eSIM profiles for use while travelling. The underlying data plans are sourced and provisioned through our connectivity partner, Airalo, and delivered to you as an eSIM profile (a QR code or an activation/LPA string). We are a reseller; we do not operate the mobile networks that carry your traffic.
2. Eligibility & device requirements
An eSIM requires an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM and is not locked to another carrier before purchasing. See our supported devices page. eSIM data plans are data-only — they do not include a phone number, calls, or SMS.
3. Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected by third-party processors (including PayPal, NOWPayments, and direct cryptocurrency rails). We never see or store your full card or wallet credentials. Your order is fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to: resell or transfer the eSIM; use it for spam, fraud, or network abuse; attempt to circumvent fair-use or data limits; or use it in any way that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying carrier. Plans are for ordinary personal data use while travelling.
5. No warranty of coverage
Mobile coverage, speeds, and network availability depend on local carriers and conditions we do not control. We list expected coverage in good faith but do not warrant uninterrupted service, a particular speed, or coverage in any specific location. Some networks throttle after a fair-use threshold.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an eSIM is limited to the amount you paid for that eSIM. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections, roaming charges from other carriers, or loss of data.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect is the one published here at the time of your purchase. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
