Installing your eSIM
iPhone: Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, then scan the QR we sent you. On iOS 17.4+ you can also tap the activation link to install directly.
Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (or the "+" next to SIMs), then scan the QR. Wording varies a little by manufacturer.
When should I buy?
Before you fly. Install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi; most plans activate automatically when you arrive and connect to a local network. You keep your home SIM in place for calls and texts.
Activation
After installing, make sure the new eSIM is turned on for Data and that Data Roaming is ON for that eSIM line (this is normal for travel eSIMs and won't bill your home carrier). Give it a minute to find a network.
"No service" troubleshooting
- Toggle Airplane mode off/on, or restart the phone.
- Confirm Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM line.
- In Settings, select the eSIM's network manually if auto-select fails.
- Check the plan hasn't expired or run out of data in My eSIMs.
How do I top up?
Open My eSIMs, pick the eSIM, and add more data — no need to install a new profile for top-up-capable plans.
Finding my eSIM again
Go to My eSIMs. If you bought without logging in, use the same device/browser, or sign in with the email you used at checkout to recover your orders via a magic link.
