We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to sell you an eSIM and let you find it again. This page describes exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you log in. We use it to send your passwordless sign-in (magic) link and your order receipts. You can buy an eSIM without an account.
- An anonymous device id (cid) — a random identifier generated in your browser/app so your eSIMs attach to you. It is not linked to your real identity.
- Order records — which plan you bought, when, the price, and the issued eSIM, so we can deliver it and support you.
Payments
Payments are processed entirely by third-party providers — PayPal, NOWPayments, direct cryptocurrency networks, and our eSIM partner Airalo. We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys. Card and crypto details are handled by those processors under their own privacy policies.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your data.
- We do not store payment credentials.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies strictly to keep you signed in (session) and to remember your device id. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the store.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order: the plan/destination with our eSIM partner to provision the line, and the charge amount with the payment processor you choose. That's it.
Your data & deletion
You can ask us to delete your account, email, and order history at any time. Email privacy@e-sim.net from the address on the account and we'll remove it (we may retain minimal records where required by law or for fraud prevention).
